We have one room available in a 3 bed room apartment in Safdarjung Enclave which we have recently rented. The room will be available from 1^st August. The house is right behind the Safdarjung enclave market on the deer park road and has a view of the deer park. Its 10 mins walking distance to Hauz Khas village through the park. Nearest metro is Green Park, on the yellow line, which is about 1.5 kms from the house.

It´s a three bedroom apartment with private bathrooms and balcony for each room, a fully equipped kitchen, a common room and a living room and a terrace in a nice quiet area. We also have a full time house help who takes care of cleaning, grocery, cooking etc.

About the two of us: Carmen is Austrian, 29, female, working with the Austrian Cultural Forum. I am Indian, 28, male, working as a consultant in the real estate sector.

The rent for the room is 18000 per month.
