We looking for a new flatmate!

Hello everybody!

We are looking for a new interesting flatmate to share a furnished house with me and other nice people from around the world in Shivalik\Malviya Nagar.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with attached western style bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining space. All the bedrooms have air-conditioners, built-in closets and shelves, and all the bathrooms have geysers. Most rooms and living rooms have balconies and we have a rooftop, too. Also internet with wireless is there.
The rent depends on the room is only 15-25K + utilities. 
We have 2 housekeeper who help to clean the house, cook, wash and more.
The apartment overlooks a park and is very close to the local market. The metro station is also easily accessible in 5min. 
Overall, Shivalik is a safe residential neighbourhood. We have our own Security Guard. This is an independent house.
There are three apartments in the house lived by expats.
I am only looking for roommates who are responsible individuals ;)
