Introduce yourself shortly to other members of DEC. [ What you would be doing here and till when would you be staying in Delhi ]
I am interested in integrative healing arts and cultural arts in various forms. I'm a certified Reiki Master and Self Care Teacher of the TARA Approach (empowering sustainable healthcare that integrates subtle energy medicine, Five Element Theory, Buddhist and Taoist teachings, and Western Psychology). Also i love to take pictures, paint, dance and am certified to teach yoga, though i've been a bit shy to step up and teach. I've been a bit of a nomad the last year, networking, creating, collaborating on projects with friends...hope to create a polycultural festival called Bridges - honoring ancient roots (wisdom and healing traditions) with the intersections of modern day diaspora through the arts - for pilgrims of the earth and people who like to party* I'm out here in Delhi this time for two months and will be living a back and forth existence for a while between the Bay Area and India, connecting the dots and collaborating in integrative health care and building bridges through the arts. My family also recently moved out here, so the ground of home has shifted to here.
